Coaching

Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client that inspires the client to identify their goals and develop and carry out a plan for achieving those goals.

What we think and how we express our wants and needs influences our ability to reach our goals. Coaches gently guide their clients through a discovery of themselves; the beliefs, habits, values and experiences that shape their current thoughts and behaviors.

Reaching your goals, regardless of what they are, starts with understanding yourself.

Coaching sessions with me include empowering questions designed to help you learn what gets in the way of you reaching your goals and guidance to work through what matters to you so you can move through life with more ease regardless of external circumstances. Sessions also include education and training in techniques and practices designed with you and for you.
